The firm is founded and managed by Islam Kenawy, LLB, LLM from University of Salford Manchester, UK, with over a decade of experience in corporate, commercial, and dispute-related matters in the UAE.
Abdulaziz AlHammadi is a seasoned lawyer and legal consultant with extensive professional experience, currently practicing law in the State of Kuwait and qualified to appear before courts at all levels, including the Court of Cassation. He has substantial experience in commercial, civil, and real estate disputes, legal advisory services, and the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts.
His professional background also includes prior legal practice and litigation experience before the courts of the United Arab Emirates, as well as managing complex disputes and legal teams, advising on corporate and company formation matters, overseeing commercial and government tenders, and negotiating with government entities and local and international companies.
Combining extensive litigation experience with a strong understanding of legal and commercial matters, he develops effective legal strategies and delivers practical, well-considered solutions designed to protect clients’ interests, mitigate l egal risks, and support their legal and commercial objectives.
Islam Kenawy is a Legal Advisor with over 10 years of experience in the UAE, specializing in commercial law, legal advisory for companies and individuals, regulatory compliance, and dispute management. His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts, managing litigation and arbitration matters, corporate governance, and anti-dumping matters across the US, UK, and Canada.
He previously served as Legal Advisor to a Business Group and led the Paralegals & Litigation Department at a major law firm in Dubai. He holds an LLB, an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, a Contract Law Certificate from Harvard University, and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
He provides practical and commercially focused legal advice and solutions to both companies and individuals.
